
In the interest of providing discounted pricing to higher-volume clients, we offer
a Pre-Paid Support Contract. Support Contract customers receive immediate
response and priority service, at any time of day, any day of the week.

Incremental Blocks Of Service Hours:
Contract terms are available in 3, 20, 40, 80 and 100-hour tiers. Within each tier, you may purchase as many or as few hours as you wish, depending on your
needs (please note the three-hour minimum). Each tier offers a deeper discount, so the more hours you purchase, the greater the discount.
Renewals/Additional Hours:
Additional hours may be purchased at the listed rates, and the hourly rate purchased will remain in effect until the pre-purchased hours have been used. If these rates
are changed, subsequent hours would be purchased at the new rates.

course by telephone.
Payment:
All contracts must be PAID IN FULL at the time of the contract signing. Your check will activate this contract.
Invoices and Statements:
All work is at a one-half hour minimum and quarter-hour increments. Telephone support is billed in quarter-hour increments.
Invoices detailing the work performed will be generated for each service call. Monthly statements will be generated to track status of your account balance.
What IS covered by this Service Contract:
PC hardware installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, repairs, maintenance
PC software installation, troubleshooting, upgrades
Network installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, repairs, maintenance
Updates to an existing web site
Consulting and expert witness services (case-by-case basis)
What IS NOT covered by this Service Contract:
Design and development of a new web site
Web site hosting
Domain name registrations and renewals
PC and mainframe software development fees
Product purchases of any kind
Subcontractor expenses
Emergency Calls:
We reserve the right to assign priorities to simultaneous emergency calls. An "emergency call" is any instance where your business operations have essentially
ceased due to a computer problem.
